We have another addition to our BADLADZ TripAdvisor Awards.
BADLADZ Beach Resort and BADLADZ Restaurants have received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Award again this year for 2018.
This is not the first time the BADLADZ resorts have won awards with TripAdvisor. Our current listing of TripAdvisor awards we have won are as follows:

BADLADZ Beach Resort has received the TripAdvisor Travelers Choice Award again this year for 2017.

For the 14th year, TripAdvisor has highlighted the world’s top properties based on the millions of reviews and opinions collected in a single year from travelers around the globe. Winners were identified in the categories of Top Hotels, Bargain, B&Bs and Inns, Luxury, Service, and Small Hotels. The hallmarks of Travelers’ Choice winners are remarkable service, quality, and value.
BADLADZ Team Effort
We truly appreciate the hard work of our forward customer-facing staff at both resorts, they all work very hard to make sure BADLADZ resorts are fun to visit and make sure our guests have a memorable experience.
We also greatly appreciate all the support staff who keep the resorts and other BADLADZ businesses running even at times when it can seem chaotic.
Lastly, our management team does a great job of keeping morale up among the staff. They ensure the staff is having fun while we all make sure our customers are having a great time.

TripAdvisor and OTA's
BADLADZ use TripAdvisor as a tool to communicate and provide information to travelers. We answer every question TripAdvisor users have about our resort and even pop in and answer questions about things in the surrounding area. We make every effort to keep our property information up to date and photos up to the date of our resorts and the surrounding areas.
Travel review sites and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) have been instrumental in helping us to get in front of the online searcher’s eyes so they can find our resorts, restaurants, and dive shop. We greatly appreciate the products and services they provide for us, small business owners.
